How long does resolving a case take?
Duration depends on the pace of the relevant institutions, which the firm cannot directly influence. With our full engagement, we strive to make the process as efficient as possible.
What documentation is needed for the first meeting?
Personal identification documents. Reviewing case files is billed separately, in accordance with the applicable Attorney’s Tariff.
Do you represent clients outside Podgorica or Montenegro?
Yes, we work according to the Attorney’s Tariff price list or by agreement.
In which languages do you provide services?
Montenegrin and English.
How are service fees calculated?
Fees are calculated according to the applicable Attorney’s Tariff, by contract (a flat fee), or as a percentage of the case outcome.
Is an online consultation possible?
Yes, in written form only, from 2 PM to 3 PM on business days.
